Purchased a "naked" power tool with a new box to store it in. No additional packaging was added allowing for the tool to be knocked about in the box in transit.
The power tool wasn't shrink wrapped or presented in a manner alluding that it was new. For all i knew it could haven been used.
Contacted seller asking for clarification. Following initial communication i didn't receive any further feedback.
