Unbeatable prices. Dropped a star as after purchasing an extensive order of Milwaukee tools the driver and drill set didn’t get delivered. They had been discontinued, but I wasn’t contacted and the order was taken with payment. Without this 2 piece set, I had no batteries and couldn’t use anything. I had to contact them to ask what was Happening, and then reordered the new kit. This delayed my starting work by another 3 days and I had had to call them. What was really annoying was that I had called after placing the order to make sure all was well and was told it was. However, prices are unbeatable and when I identified the problem the rep on the phone was very helpful. I’m saying that assuming the kit will be here tomorrow and my refund sorted out at the same time.
