I rang to ensure that the items I required were in stock and was informed that they were so I immediately placed my order. However, it turns out the items weren't in stock after all and I had to wait a week for delivery. Having said that, everyone was most helpful and I am delighted with the goods, so all is good.
I will happily order from Powertoolmate again.
