No issues with the product so far although the instruction book is not best quality. Only had it a couple of days so probably too soon to tell. No issues as such with the retailer but their delivery service UPS leave a bit to be desired. Item didnt arrive the day they said it would. You have to sign up to UPS My Choice to add special delivery instructions. Waste of time as the driver took no notice. Item was delivered to a neighbour but they left no card to say which neighbour... had notification from UPS saying it had been delivered but again didnt say which neighbour. Not helpful
