I ordered a battery back in March and was then told you didn’t have it in stock so you gave me a refund I then placed a order 3 months later then get a phone call saying my order is on hold as the battery was delivered and never paid for apparently it was delivered but I never received it and was only brought to my attention 3 months later and I was told I will not receive my latest order unless I pay for the battery which I never received and can only think that the courier delivered it to someone else in the industrial park where my workshop is and was never given it and have no idea who signed for it my point is you left it 3 months to tell me so I can not find out who had it and it has cost me £40 on top of the packout deal you had so I’ve not had a good deal at all
