Really competitive prices overall in fairness. However, I'd found a cheaper price (£25) on some dewalt 5ah batteries and then phoned to ask if a price match was possible to be told yes we san sort something out if I emailed over the comparison. As a result, I did this immediately but disappointingly didn't get a reply until a few days later explaining that their own online prices were the best prices!! Dissapointing outcome seeing as I was/have spent £730 with them. Using Ups as a courier is also a poor choice.
