I was not to impressed with powertool as from the moment I payed i had not received any emails from you saying that the product was going to take longer as you did not have the boxes in stocks and when I rang to ask where the tools were I was then told that I should have received a email telling me . Then when my tool were delivered I had no contact telling me that are coming and they were left on the front garden as no one new anything about them arriving .....just not impressed to be honest ...but tools are great and all seem to be working well
