The rating is not a reflection of every other order, but in this 1 case it applies. Usually I've ordered via your Ebay account, which has been flawless, quick delivery, usually within a day or so. Perfect! This time I ordered through your own website and as it stands, I'm expecting delivery of the item today, almost a week after I ordered it which is a little frustrating as I've been waiting for the tool to arrive to crack on with a job. The delay in delivery from yesterday was an incorrect postcode on the order. Not sure how you've managed it but looking back at the order confirmation from yourselves on the web order form emailed to me , the post code used is at least 10 years out of date. Maybe you need to check you post code database on your own website is updated? But other than that, good service as ever, so thanks.
