The item arrived promptly but the packaging was inadequate for a pricey electrical tool. There was no padding, just a thin plastic bag. The box the item was in was therefore battered And the item had been moving around in the box, certainly didn’t look like a new item when the box was given as a gift, but no time to send back and reorder.
