The product was as described and arrived quickly. The packaging, ( box) was very tatty and crumpled and I was worried if I had been sent a second hand Dewalt torch. The Torch seemed new thankfully, but I wasn't impressed with the state of the box. If it had been a present for someone I would have sent it back as it looked second hand. As it was for myself, I decided to keep it. Not sure if I would use this site again.
