Terrible company, avoid at all costs.
I am currently trying to close your account and they're sending me round in circles in what they require. They've sent me an extremely over estimated bill, even though they had my meter readings at leaving the property and now are trying to add a late fee to it. Customer service are just awful and don't really have a clue and are clearly reading from a script.
