“BEWARE THIS IS A FRAUD COMPANY AND ALL GOOD REVIEWS ARE PROBABLY FROM THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES. I've just been cheated and I hope you don't have the same experience. I'm switching to British gas immediately. They deliberately did not set up my account in August despite my countless attempts at requesting them, so that they could impose a high tariff of 150p/day (standing charge) and 8p/day (usage charge) on my due bills. I hardly used the gas in the summer months and yet I have to pay 90 pounds per month for my pending bills from August to November. Also, everything is very shady about this company so folks please switch immediately if you don't want to be cheated like me. I wish i could give zero star or better negative ratings.”

They get energy contract via some energy brokers , one scammed with my detail is Northern Gas and Power, they produce a fake contract with fake details and now forcing me to be with them . AVOID COMPANY LIKE THESE .”

“Do not use this company which is also enfiniti. A shambles when our company opened the account initially, as they were using our neighbours meter to bill us. Despite trying to sort with them, We ended up reporting to the ombudsman to resolve. They cancelled bills which were incorrect and then re-instated them and chased for money and cancelled again. We have now sold the property and they are still chasing for money and will not close the account despite us sending proof of sale - this is due to the sale address differing slightly from the billing address - which they did not get correct at start of contract, despite advising several times they never amended. Will never use this company again and I urge no one else to. The stress caused is not good.”
“Based on a mistaken assertion from a departing customer, Positive Energy have been pursuing me for the bills of property that I do not own or lease. I informed them I do not own or lease the property in November. Then I received a further call chasing me for payment and to provide the serial number for the meter of this property. I told them again that I do not lease or own the property in question. I then received an invoice in February, and a letter saying that my account was overdue for previous invoices (despite never having been sent any such invoices prior and despite telling them I am not the property owner). I have then written to them at great length asking them on what basis they are threatening me with invoices, admin fees, and notices of court proceedings when they have never once addressed the fact that I do not own or lease the property! Not even with a 'we disagree and think you do own the property' which is easily disproven with a check of the land registry for £3. I am continuing to receive threatening emails despite repeatedly having to chase up a response to how they think I can be responsible and is causing no amount of undue stress to be on guard for notice of legal proceedings which I can defend but worry I might miss in the post and will lead to legal fees, hearings and headaches when all they need to do is give any form of response on why I should be invoiced for energy on a property I do not own or lease!”

Reported to the energy ombudsman regarding not fitting a new meter as the screen is blank and can't be read yet sending me random monthly bills
Contacted endless amounts of times trying to get another meter fitted
A year later no where further with this company
We have now vacated the premises 2 months ago now... Pozitive energy know this and have now sent emails lying saying they had arranged with me for a engineer to fit a new meter when I have never received any call or emails
And now charging for not been able to enter the premises.... Of course because Im not there anymore and they know this

They are the most unprofessional idiots going and that's putting it politely
Now saying I owe them thousands when only 2 months ago it was £230

NEGATIVE ENERGY !
I bought a property in October 21 Pozitive energy were the energy providers, I sent them photographed final meter readings and paid their final bill in February 2022,and switched to Octopus energy.
Pozitive energy kept sending estimate bills up to August 2023 totalling £31,582.
Despite countless calls and emails disputing their claim They instructed their trigger happy solicitors Flint Bishop to take me to court claiming a further £7000 in legal costs.
They lost their claim against me as ALL bills were estimated and incorrectly billed.
Judge Williams awarded in my favour there claim was struck out with my costs being reimbursed
I also reported Pozitive energy to the
energy ombudsman who also awarded in my favour
When they finally read the meters and sent the correct bills the money owed to them was £178.98
They are the most unprofessional energy providers who’s customer service is appalling.
If you have any similar issues with this company I recommend using the services of the energy ombudsman who are extremely efficient.

You have no idea of the effect the stress you caused my wife and I who are both pensioners.
I was hospitalised the first time this case was due in court with your company claiming we owed them nearly £40,000 including legal costs and came home from hospital to a CCJ.
When I recovered I was able to defend myself in court with the judge awarding in our favour.
Running a customer service center from India without having an active knowledge of the Uk market and expected customer service standards will be your down fall.
In over 18 months you never once read our meter, relying purely on estimating readings to issue court proceedings.
The energy ombudsman are fully aware of your money grabbing dysfunctional, harassing company.
An apology is not good enough, your licence to operate in the Uk market should be revoked.

“Do not beleive any of the 5* reviews. I was with them for 3 months and due to previous tenant mis-reading the meter there was confusion with bills. Whilst they were calculating the bill (which took 6 months for them to calculate) they continued sending me bills even though they infact were in credit to me. I am still fighting to get this credit back after 7 months. Twice I have been told that the payment has been authorised, twice I was told it was sent and twice did they clear the query (and complaint) as resolved. I spoke to my building's reception who told me that countless residents are experiencing similar problems and even the management of the building themselves have ongoing disputes.
Also be prepared to deal with very very slow callcentres who love to put you on hold.”
