I am making a formal complaint regarding the racist, unprofessional, and threatening behavior I experienced from your staff, specifically Sakshi Mehra and her manager.
On 13th June at 3:46 PM, during a call, they spoke to me rudely, dismissed an agreed payment plan already arranged with Heenal Mehta, and threatened to disconnect my supply. Their tone and conduct were clearly discriminatory, especially after I gave my name, Shaiza Begum. This is unacceptable.
Despite already paying 50% of my balance and having a weekly plan in place, Sakshi continued to harass me with contradictory emails. I believe I was treated unfairly and targeted due to my identity
Wish I could take them to court for the customer service and racism
