I was referred by Jen O'Sullivan, and some suggestions by David Smith of LifeWave. I have just started using some of the products I purchased. I find it difficult , sometimes, to consume multiples of the same supplement, so I divide them up between lunch and dinner. I wish there was a simpler solution, and information about when is the best time to consume each individual supplement, and which is best to combine or avoid taking with other supplements.
