“I love the products. I am frustrated that every time I order, there are multiple items that have gone up in price. This time, all but one had a price change. This makes ordering a lot of work with business inventory and makes some products more out of reach for some clients financially.”

“The Directions you have printed on the label for the "new mudpack mud", do not work as well, if at all to clear the organ of it's toxicity. Several times now, I have given very clear instructions on how to do the mudpack to my patients ( with a sheet of instructions, per Dr Marshall's instructions), and the patient read your onstructions on the label and did the mudpack following the instructions on the label....The organ did NOT clear, and it took me awhile to understand why??? They did not follow the instructions on the sheet I gave them, but followed the instructions on the mud pack label. This is insufficent. Who changed the instructions? This needs to be corrected. Dr. Marshall is rolling in his grave! Thank you, Sharon Dittmer, DC”

“While your products are good, I was disappointed with your customer service. I had a shipment sent to wrong address and I couldn't retrieve it. I was told that you all had to wait for it to be returned and then give me credit. That was not the issue. The problem was that I wanted to reorder and not get charged for it, because I knew once the other shipment was returned it would take a long time before I was credited. It wasn't for a lot and while I do understand why you all stated that, I was hoping that you could see that I have been a loyal customer for several years. I also send my patients that way. I was just disappointed when I was hoping for some leeway.”

“I was running very low and didn't realize it ... and it was my expectation that it would take awhile to get this filled which was my fault.. But I did place the order and I was truly amazed at how quickly I received all 4 o the items I needed. Thanks so much.. “I follow Bob Marshall's teachings when he was alive. I don't know how the company has changed since he passed away. But I hope his philosophies are being carried forward. I appreciated his caution in formulating the products. Hopefully they are still the same.”
