“I have been with PRL since 2000. There have been many changes, but the products have continued to be the puriest and best on the market. I am now 80 and plan to live into my hundreds and consulting with clients. Thanks to PRL teachings and products I should live a long and productive life! LK”

“Los suplementos se demoran mucho en llegar a Colombia. Me podrían explicar el porqué. Sucede con los 2 últimos pedidos realizados. Aún no llegan. Gracias por la atención y comentarios. Envían productos sin haberlos solicitado de manera recurrente. Solo autorizé los productos de los grandes paquetes. Los 3 últimos productos sueltos no los solicite aparte y me los cobraron aún no han hecho el reintegro. Gracias por la atención”

“Overall I think the products are good. However your supplements are on the expensive side and I see that you have increased the minimum order to get free shipping from $100 to $149. In addition, I'm not sure why you are calling your monthly subscriptions "subscribe and save" when you are not giving any savings. Most companies give a percentage off the product when someone signs up for autoship. You may want to drop the "save" and just call it "subscribe." Sorry, your products appear to be good, but you can do better with giving people a break on pricing and not follow what other companies are doing raising prices so people can no longer afford to stay healthy.”

“Every other place reminds me that they are mailing out my subscription prior to mailing it out so I can pause it if needed, but not you! I did not need any more vitamin d but you just sent without reminding - I dislike this very much, you can send out a reminder prior to mailing so we can adjust as needed.”

“Ever since I started using Premier Research Labs products, I just feel something different from them. I actually feel something. I feel better, not worse. I really like that there are not any fillers in the products that could cause problems or mask the ability of why someone chooses to take a particular product from being effective.”

“Great products. My only suggestion is: I have products on subscription, it has happened a few times when couple of products are out of stock and doesnt get shipped when the rest of the subscription ships out. Now I run out of products and have to wait till next order date. Is there a way for this to be addressed? I have other companies who proritize their subscription customer orders and they guarantee delivery of all subscription products at the specified times. Thank you.”
