I really like premier supplements and always try to buy them. I really needed your multi vitamin in my last order but you were out. I had you notify me when it’s back in stock and it became back in stock quite quickly so I should have waited to make my big order because now I have to pay for shipping since I cannot include it with my other supplies. I’m disappointed

Thanks for the feedback. We’re actively working to restock key items, but we’re extremely selective with the ingredients we source. Most of what comes in gets rejected to ensure you get the cleanest possible product, and sometimes that means holding off on selling it until it meets our standards. Your products are wonderful! The only complaint I have for us Canadian customers it is super expensive with the exchange rate! It would be nice if you could give us at least free shipping if the order is a very high one which mine always are! Many other companies I deal with do that ! Thanks

I love my psyllium capsules. Really help with my digestion and elimination. Don't know what I'd do without them. Much better than trying to figure out what to get in the natural foods store! Thanks for such a good product.

I love the suppliments but you are out of stock of the vitamin E and the multivitamin that I could not order and I have not heard back from you. I would like to order ASAP.

Their customer service is top notch!! I had some products arrive that had been damaged in shipping. I called customer service and they were already closed. I left a message & the following morning I received a call back. I was surprised at how fast they responded!! I was asked to send pictures of the damaged box & my order was replaced immediately! I love doing business with companies that have great customer service! Thank you Premier!❤️

Unfortunantely, my recurring order did not include my Multivitamin because it is out of stock. How dissapointing!

Premier Research Labs has by far the best supplements on the planet. The purity and effectiveness of their products have been instrumental in helping me, my family and my clients in overall health and support for specific wellness challenges. Due to Prlabs high standards and demand, I understand why on occasion, certain products are out of stock and therefore my only complaint is there are times I can't quickly obtain a favorite or needed product. I know Prlabs does their best to deal with this issue and their commitment to excellence is truly appreciated.

I really am impressed with this company and their fast shipping. Their products are exactly as described and I feel all of their supplements have improved the issues I was having. I recommend this business—you will be impressed with their inventory of supplements. Kudos to PRL….

So far I’m very pleased. I ordered a few of the products and found the probiotic formula wonderful. It is the only one I found that is stopping my irritable bowel syndrome. I have been using Doctors Research Products and will intrigrate Premier products.

If I could give negative stars I would. I started a monthly subscription for HCL in May. My second shipment of this order arrived in June but I was charged FOUR times for it. When I reached out to the company about the recurrent charges, they claimed there had been a system error and they were working on refunding everyone's duplicate charges. PRL KNEW there had been a problem but they did not reach out to me first, they waited for me to contact them. They refunded TWO of the extra charges and claim they also refunded the third extra charge but I have NOT received the third refund. I even spoke with my bank representative (after PRL tried to gaslight me into thinking I don't know how to read my bank statements or search my account accurately) and they confirmed there is NO third refund to my account. PRL will not take responsibility for their own mistakes. It's not like I purchased something multiple times and am making a return. This was literally THEIR system's ERROR and they are not holding themselves accountable. Their resolution is for me to file a dispute. Essentially they are making my bank be responsible for their own error. I find PRLs customer service to be appalling. Their system error occurred the first week on June and it is now the last week of June. They have not followed up with me when they said they would, they did not even reach out to me first when they knew of their system error, and they are making my bank hold all the responsibility. How hard would it be for them to just say, "I'm so sorry for this situation. We're going to send out another refund of $26.09 because we value you as a customer and we want you to continue benefitting from our products." Shouldn't be that hard. I'm disappointed that this company has no integrity. I was hoping to continue to use their products because they were referred to me with glowing stars. Turns out they just don't care about their customers.

Although I use your product, I will buy from you again, but disappointed with customer service. I had a return and they tokde they would send instructions on how to send it back, nut nooe, nothing. So, I will go elsewhere to pirchase the products I need. Ty

Recent Webinar material is excellent. Shipping is a lot more efficeient compared to last year. Packaging is good. New products are a good addition.
