YOU ARE TURNING THE ONCE CARING HEALTH ORGANIZATION INTO A MONEY GRUBBING CORPORATION. THE WEBSITE IS STERILE AND COLD APPEARING, WITH ALL THE BLUE, AS OPPOSED TO NATURAL, PLANT BASED AND CARING, AS IT USED TO BE. IT WAS ALSO NOT UPDATED AS OF JULY 12 WITH THE CURRENT SALES.. IT STILL SHOWED THE JUNE SALES. YOUR COMPUTERS ARE SLOW AND THE REPS OFTEN DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. IS THAT ENOUGH???

I was supposed to get a delivery of my subscription on 6/30/25 but it was out of stock. I hope my subscription comes soon.

Unfortunantely, my recurring order did not include my Multivitamin because it is out of stock. How dissapointing!

If I could give negative stars I would. I started a monthly subscription for HCL in May. My second shipment of this order arrived in June but I was charged FOUR times for it. When I reached out to the company about the recurrent charges, they claimed there had been a system error and they were working on refunding everyone's duplicate charges. PRL KNEW there had been a problem but they did not reach out to me first, they waited for me to contact them. They refunded TWO of the extra charges and claim they also refunded the third extra charge but I have NOT received the third refund. I even spoke with my bank representative (after PRL tried to gaslight me into thinking I don't know how to read my bank statements or search my account accurately) and they confirmed there is NO third refund to my account. PRL will not take responsibility for their own mistakes. It's not like I purchased something multiple times and am making a return. This was literally THEIR system's ERROR and they are not holding themselves accountable. Their resolution is for me to file a dispute. Essentially they are making my bank be responsible for their own error. I find PRLs customer service to be appalling. Their system error occurred the first week on June and it is now the last week of June. They have not followed up with me when they said they would, they did not even reach out to me first when they knew of their system error, and they are making my bank hold all the responsibility. How hard would it be for them to just say, "I'm so sorry for this situation. We're going to send out another refund of $26.09 because we value you as a customer and we want you to continue benefitting from our products." Shouldn't be that hard. I'm disappointed that this company has no integrity. I was hoping to continue to use their products because they were referred to me with glowing stars. Turns out they just don't care about their customers.

Most disgusting thing I have ever tasted. I’m sure it is really good for you, but I couldn’t stomach the smell or the taste. Plugged nose and all. Bleh 🤮

This is so bizarre. Never received first order, emailed you, you said you sent a replacement. Never received that one and now you’re asking for my review. Can you please send confirmation or tracking number as my order has never been received

I ordered 2 different products. One was delivered on a timely basis. One still has not been delivered. When I phoned, I was told that the product was on back ordered. I was not told that information upon ordering, I was charged for the item, and I still have no update. So premier has failed me on this order

I am very disappointed that PRL has remained so complacent when it comes to offering moral packaging alternatives. Recycling is a sin from God's perspective. Physical damage is caused by sin.

I have an auto ship order for the Vitamin D and was just notified it was out of stock?! No explanation or when it’s expected to ship. Poor customer service in my opinion.

I couldn't place my order for weeks because the system did not allow the shipping and billing addresses I provided. After trying for 30 minutes, I reached out to customer service via email for help, but didn't hear back from them for about 10 days so I sent a second email and they responded. Then I was finally able to go to my cart and place my order. This was an unnecessary delay. 1. To have that much difficulty on your system (I have no difficulty with this on other order systems and 2. To not hear back from customer service until after a second email to them. Please fix these two issues. Thank you.

My product smelled rancid and I have been promised a refund which I haven’t received. I have noticed an overall decline in quality in the past couple of orders. I will partner with other companies in the future.

My client needed and overnight shipment before she left the country. I paid for overnight and it was shipped two days late. It was delivered on the day she left. After she left. I’m dissatisfied.

I ordered products to two different addresses. One arrived broken and empty. The other never arrived at all. I’ve emailed them twice and no one has responded to me in 5 days. Very poor experience.
