“My product smelled rancid and I have been promised a refund which I haven’t received. I have noticed an overall decline in quality in the past couple of orders. I will partner with other companies in the future.”

“My client needed and overnight shipment before she left the country. I paid for overnight and it was shipped two days late. It was delivered on the day she left. After she left. I’m dissatisfied.”

“I ordered products to two different addresses. One arrived broken and empty. The other never arrived at all. I’ve emailed them twice and no one has responded to me in 5 days. Very poor experience.”
