Nearing the end of my 1st trial month, I'm still evaluating it (Ca++ Mg++ Plus; DHA; D3 K2; Complete B; B12-ND). I don't like having to take so many capsules instead of a multivitamin tablet. I don't like having to measure out 0.5 + 0.75ml with a dropper added to water and drinking the slightly unpleasant tasting mixture of B12. I haven't yet done blood testing of various vitamins to see if it's worth it. I'll give it another month.

I placed an order for 3 Plant Vitamin C Premier and 10 Cayenne Pepper powder. When I received the delivery, I only received one of the Vitamin C's, but all of the Cayenne Pepper bottles. I immediately contacted Priemer Labs to get the other two Vitamin C's shipped to me, and was told to send back photos of the opened shipping container. I still am out 2 botttles of Vitamin C that I was charged for FOR MY PATIENTS, and still have not received the bottles or communication for replacement.

Overall I think the products are good. However your supplements are on the expensive side and I see that you have increased the minimum order to get free shipping from $100 to $149. In addition, I'm not sure why you are calling your monthly subscriptions "subscribe and save" when you are not giving any savings. Most companies give a percentage off the product when someone signs up for autoship. You may want to drop the "save" and just call it "subscribe." Sorry, your products appear to be good, but you can do better with giving people a break on pricing and not follow what other companies are doing raising prices so people can no longer afford to stay healthy.

Every other place reminds me that they are mailing out my subscription prior to mailing it out so I can pause it if needed, but not you! I did not need any more vitamin d but you just sent without reminding - I dislike this very much, you can send out a reminder prior to mailing so we can adjust as needed.

Cynthia, that’s completely valid. A heads-up before a subscription ships is something you should be able to rely on, especially when you’re trying to manage timing and inventory on your end. We’ll make sure this feedback gets in front of the right team so it can be addressed.

I feel each bottle should at least hold a 30 day supply of the recommended dose.

3 stars for now until i have more time with the products, i do appreciate how quick i have been receiving the orders. At this point i have been taking Premier Research products for about 2 months, i still feel it is too early to really give a review. i shall review at the 3 to 4 month mark.

I love PRL and their products BUT the 2 new products that I ordered were dissapointing in a sense of, the container is only half full (cayenne pepper), ginger turmeric container is much smaller than the original fermented turmeric container and the quality of the container is not the same as well.

Thanks for the feedback. We’re actively working to restock key items, but we’re extremely selective with the ingredients we source. Most of what comes in gets rejected to ensure you get the cleanest possible product, and sometimes that means holding off on selling it until it meets our standards. So far I have not seen any remarkable results using your products. Hoping that for the money spent with the currency exchange from US to Canadian dollars it will be worth it.

I like the products and the delivery is quick. I wish the autoship gave free shipping and a discount. The prices are really high and pretty soon I won't be able to afford the $300 to $400 a month I currently spend and will need to look for alternatives.

I am concnerned that my supplements arrived in a plain package that was not insulated. It is extremely hot here and all of the bottles were warm.

Yesterday, (Thursday, August 1), I updated the new PRL Pricelist into Quickbooks. I followed the SLP, (MAP): EXAMPLE: 2411 Biliven $35.48, I put it into Quickbooks at $35 for our customers. But, when I compared that price to Amazon Prime at $32.90, (Premier Research Lab Store pricing), we are being undercut. What good is MAP pricing if you're going to undercut the practitioner? This undercutting is across the board for all the products we stock for our customers. The only exception I found was for Melatonin-ND: MAP $18.98 / Amazon: $19.84 Very disappointing!
