“The last order took longer than usual for delivery and I had no updates on the shipping for my order. I had to call several times just to get an update.”

“I’m a practitioner and i was charged the regular price instead of practitioner proce. I called twice to resolve the issue and I found that the customer service didn’t follow through on what they said they would. The second person I spoke with said she didn’t even see a note from the first person i spoke with who was supposed to email me a new invoice. When I asked her for a final invoice she was not very friendly then finally said she would send it. When I had questions she said she doesn’t know and the first person I spoke to would have the answers (who remains unidentified?). Anyways, it hasn’t been s very smooth process so far. I’m hoping things improve with the company and that maybe these last 2 times I interacted with someone was just a fluke.”

“The PRL website continues to have issues. Put things in cart and go back to look at other items and attempt to add new items to cart and website won't accept new items. Ugh!”

“As a healer I love love love the quality and effectiveness of PRL products. As a business person I lose business every day to Amazon reselling the same products. Please stop that channel. I do all the work diagnosing and recommending only to lose the business even if I offer a discount. I don’t think it improves your business because your resellers are making the recommendations and all are losing business to this Amazon reseller. Would also like to see a digestive enzyme mix similar to Tennant Digestive Enzymes.”

“I found removing the MediClay Fx from the little capsule extremely annoying. Once suspended in water, I really liked the product. I won't be buying it again because I thought the price expensive for what I got. I'd give the product 5 stars if the clay were sold in a bottle as a powder with a plastic spoon for scooping out aliquotes.”

“I did think Premier Research was PREMIER...however lately I find many variables in products...one of which is the melatonin which varies from bottle to bottle in the SAME shipment. I have addressed this but have not found a response...If you have responded I apologize and would request that you resend that response as it is concerning for me. I have also noted variables with Cardio ND Please note I have been purchasing these supplements for years and until recently have had no problem...But I have noticed it within the last 8-12 months...the other was the tubing for the enema bucket...the new one DOES NOT DRY...EVER! I did get a response to this which was to purchase a brush...this is not addressing the change in the product. The tube ALWAYS dried before...I have had it out for more than 7 days now and still, the tube has not dried...What has been changed in the manufacturing??? is what I want to know.”

“Would be better if they had reps to talk to like before when Dr. Bob Marshall was still alive. Shopping is terrible! Still waiting for package. Dislike that online ordering is being pushed.”

“Product is always excellent, as described and effective. However the delivery was not as promised. I paid extra for 2 day Air delivery and I received my items on day 7. Very disappointing.”

“I sense the products are not as up to standard as they have been regarding effectiveness. In the past, I really enjoyed customer service and have found it less supportive in the last several years. The website seems a bit easier to navigate though I found it challenging. I'm wondering about the purity of the products. I know from my work, when the founder dies, things change often in not a positive way.”

“I’ve been customer of PRL for many years. In my Holistic Spa I’ve build a clientele for PRL as a high quality, uncompromising, excellent company. It’s sad how everything changed with the buziness. More and more I see PRL products to be sell in unexpected places. Last week I saw them in the clearance section in TJMaxx. That’s really hurting our buziness as a professionals!”

“Promotion emails are sent to practitioners only but you never include customers who are authorized to shop from PRL through their practitioner. These customers, like myself, are loyal customers that should be included in promotional emails in the same way I am asked to leave a review.”

“Customer service has absolutely gone down hill since Dr. Marshall died. I love this company. I love the products. I am not impressed with the customer service changes. I feel the staff is much colder, less helpful, less caring, and less educated about the company than in years past.”

“I like the products, however: 1. very expensive 2. Website is a nightmare to use 3. Most products only come in small quantity bottles that are used up in a short time and thus hundreds of plastic bottles are thrown out. Why not give the option of bottles holding greater quantities”

“I love the products....have a hard time getting in touch with my rep - I don't care for their new system of contacting and actually speaking to anyone.....I do all my orders over the internet now. I miss the personal touch”
