I enjoy your products very much and would give them a 5. Website would get a 2 -3. The website is often frustrating though it is better than in past years. When an item is out of stock, it would be so helpful if we could pay for the item and when it becomes available you ship it out. Otherwise, I am having to have my clients send additional funds and do more work in tracking than I am happy about and it is happening more often lately. And then often the product becomes available days later and there is additional shipping charges.

They have the best supplements for the brain I could not remember anything before I started taking them, now I have my short term memory back! Thank you for having a product that actually works!

Great products, but miss the next day delivery. Your warehouse is in Austin and our office is in San Marcos and it takes three business days to receive product. ????? Standard Process takes two days shipping from Colorado and Biotics takes 1-2 days shipping from the Houston area. Anyway, thank you for making great products, much appreciation!

Would give a 5 star if glass bottles were used instead of plastic. Other than that, great company and supplements.

Love the products as usual but very disappointed that I was not informed of the sale I would have waited. Usually there is a 5 percent off on online orders. I did not receive that either. Long time professional account

I love your products, at least the ones that are vegan. I love your promptness in shipping, and the organization of the supplements when they arrive. The only thing I don't care for as much (which I sent an email about in September but never heard a word back from PRL) is the labeling. Sometimes it is very difficult to ascertain whether a product is vegan, even when looking at some combination of the PRL web page and/or the actual product label. It was also quite disturbing to have one of your team members tell me on the phone that the NAC product was vegetarian-friendly but not vegan-friendly. When I asked the item source, I was told "duck feathers." Perhaps the person misspoke in the moment, but to say that duck feathers are even vegetarian is very uninformed. So I hope PRL is working on a higher level of consistency in vegan labeling, and a higher knowledge level for the staff talking to clients. Thank you very much for all the care in your formulations. I appreciate the past two orders I’ve made and received. The only complaint I have is that I have not been informed when my orders were actually delivered! Is there a way to get informed when my orders have been delivered?

Product is good. Miss the Hemp Oil. Sadly prices keep rising which will make me look elsewhere if the trend continues as it becomes unsustainable.

The Premier Research Labs Multi-vitamin was recommended by Jen O'Sullivan; however, they are often out of stock. They are very helpful to me, and I hope they will be stocked more frequently so that I do not have gaps of time where I cannot take them.

I find the site confusing. Ordering the products is not intuitive whereas I've navigated easily when ordering from other companies. Otherwise no problems, I just don't look forward to the process of placing my order.

I want to have a website thatis readable when logging in for those of us who are vision impared. The box lines and print is so thin and light gray making it a multiple mouse hunt-and-click attempt to find and type login information boxes to type into. You did not send the proper amount fo my last commission deposit. It was only about 10% of what it should have been.

I really like premier supplements and always try to buy them. I really needed your multi vitamin in my last order but you were out. I had you notify me when it’s back in stock and it became back in stock quite quickly so I should have waited to make my big order because now I have to pay for shipping since I cannot include it with my other supplies. I’m disappointed

Although I use your product, I will buy from you again, but disappointed with customer service. I had a return and they tokde they would send instructions on how to send it back, nut nooe, nothing. So, I will go elsewhere to pirchase the products I need. Ty
