“Orders are always filled correctly, however on this order(s) I reached out within a few minutes of placing my order. I realized that I placed a duplicate order, because I did not receive a confirmation email. I asked if one order could be canceled and the reply I received over 24 hours later is that the order went into shipping already. I could send back my duplicate order once received. This seemed like a lot of hassle on my part, so I will live with the duplicate order. I am disapointed, but have learned from my error.”

“I appreciate the care that is given to the packaging of our orders. Our only complaint is with FedEx. For the past several months, the tracking information for our packages is incorrect. Our order is always delayed by at least one day, sometimes 2-3 days. We never have this problem with UPS.”

“I ordered the supplements on Monday and received them Wednesday. This is the fastest ever! Related to the containers, please consider converting to glass containers for all products to decrease health risk of exposure to plastic and to reduce the horrors of plastic waste.”

“Great products! However, after studying Andrew Cutler's chelation protocol, PRL's use of chlorella is highly concerning. Other than that I love the products that don't have chlorella. “So far I am pleased with my purchases. I have referred PRL to my sisters as well. My only question is why the Magnesium Glycinate and the Multi Vitamin don't come in 1 pill for the day instead of multiple pill per dosage?”
