usually terrific, but I have not been able to order the Multi Vitamin for quite a while as it says out of stock and I generally take 4/day, so concerning. thank you

I ordered the supplements on Monday and received them Wednesday. This is the fastest ever! Related to the containers, please consider converting to glass containers for all products to decrease health risk of exposure to plastic and to reduce the horrors of plastic waste.

Great products! However, after studying Andrew Cutler's chelation protocol, PRL's use of chlorella is highly concerning. Other than that I love the products that don't have chlorella. Additionally, would you consider offering a light roast, anaerobic veriety coffee? Thanks for all you do! Regards, Douglas

So far I am pleased with my purchases. I have referred PRL to my sisters as well. My only question is why the Magnesium Glycinate and the Multi Vitamin don't come in 1 pill for the day instead of multiple pill per dosage?

The new Pink Salt Complete definitely has a different taste that I'm going to have to get used to. Hopefully the benefits of it will be worth the adjustment.

I really like your products, but there is so much plastic waste in the bottles being half or less than half filled. You are a highly conscious company, but this issue does not match your otherwise excellent quality.

I would love to see more one ingredient items. There are so many cross over herbs that it makes it difficult to know if you are overdosing on some. More education on individual items and their use.

I like your products but I find the packaging wasteful, it creates a lot of plastic trash. I would like to see you switch to cardboard or other packaging that uses renewable materials.

The new order website has issues and it has become very frustrating. Work out some issues or bring trhe old one back because this new one is terrible. You have to click a button to see more products at 15 at a time??? Utter nonsense.

Generally excellent. Only concern is when there is default error with the Shipping address, then it is very difficult to correct ...even if it is detected within 30 minutes of the the confirmation email from info@prlabs.com. Ideally there should be a window of about 2 hours where an error in the order can be corrected. In my Order SO50950 the shipping address defaulted to San Diego when it should have gone to Miami. It was meant to be resolved that day, 30 July, but was delivered to San Diego yesterday. I am sure the Shipping Team can improve on this. Other than this, I am very impressed with the Webinars, and the speed of processing orders. The new Website Dashboard is great, only the Shipping and Billing Address fields have surprise defaults. Thank you for the great advances recently.

First, I like your products. But, I would like to ask for packaging that is less wasreful. I order usually lechitin granules, nitritonal flakes and fermented mushrooms. All of these powders come in a large plastic container that is only filled about 2/3 or 3/4 of capacity. It is very wateful and produces lots of trash. Please, comsider packaging refills in a sealed pouch for example that can be poured into the old container or some less wasteproducing way. Thank, you.
