“The products are excellent but have to purchase a minimum of $100 to get free shipping. Please consider lowering that amount. I’m grateful for the discount I’m eligible for because of my practitioner. This shipment seemed to arrive faster than usual. The packing job was excellent! “LOVE your products! i think you can lose the obsolete and wasteful shrink wrap on bottles and even use less packing paper, since the bottle are plastic. i do NOT enjoy the ordering process. i find it confusing, unclear and hard to manage. i worked for hours on an online order to get the right (amount) of things so that i could take advantage of the heart supplements sale and not have to pay shipping, only to find that the subtotal was not the amount determining whether or not i received free shipping (very unclear!!) and so i did not and am very disappointed by the whole frustrating process. perhaps it could be simplified? or clarified at least?! thanks!”

“The products are great, however the website could be more user friendly as far as reordering. It would be nice if you could click an order button. It would be better if there was a subscription option so items are shipped automatically with a notice a week ahead of time to change items if necessary.”

I am looking forward to moving into client direct so I can see more patients. I would like to see you transition back to having your "account reps" specialize in assisting more with patient protocols and product recommendations rather than supporting the ordering process. “I have always considered PRL a 5 star company -- their new invoice now causes me to only give them a 4-star. PRL products are top notch. But now the ordering process has changed. Previously I even commented to one of their reps at a conference how I felt their ordering process online was super easy due to the order form in the box with all the stock numbers made it super easy. And the fact the products came with a full invoice including prices and another order form I felt it was the easiest company to order from & do business with. Getting the stock checked in was easy for pricing due to the full invoice in the box with all the prices on the invoice --- This whole new invoice has just made this an arduous task for pricing - not to mention the ordering process will take way much more time -- super disappointed in the change, but still extremely happy with their products”

“Supplements ordered 12/21/23, received 1/5/24. I spoke with an excellent customer service representative 12/22 about my address change. She was very helpful. She explained, and I don’t recall the exact language that was used, that new systems were being developed to improve services. Therefore I was not surprised by the delay. The contents were packed well and the order was correct. I continue to use a small range of Premier products because of the recommendations of my health care practitioner Barry Bragg. I don’t know how long I will be able to afford these products because of their expense.”

“I was referred by Jen O'Sullivan, and some suggestions by David Smith of LifeWave. I have just started using some of the products I purchased. I find it difficult , sometimes, to consume multiples of the same supplement, so I divide them up between lunch and dinner. I wish there was a simpler solution, and information about when is the best time to consume each individual supplement, and which is best to combine or avoid taking with other supplements.”
