If I could give negative stars I would. I started a monthly subscription for HCL in May. My second shipment of this order arrived in June but I was charged FOUR times for it. When I reached out to the company about the recurrent charges, they claimed there had been a system error and they were working on refunding everyone's duplicate charges. PRL KNEW there had been a problem but they did not reach out to me first, they waited for me to contact them. They refunded TWO of the extra charges and claim they also refunded the third extra charge but I have NOT received the third refund. I even spoke with my bank representative (after PRL tried to gaslight me into thinking I don't know how to read my bank statements or search my account accurately) and they confirmed there is NO third refund to my account. PRL will not take responsibility for their own mistakes. It's not like I purchased something multiple times and am making a return. This was literally THEIR system's ERROR and they are not holding themselves accountable. Their resolution is for me to file a dispute. Essentially they are making my bank be responsible for their own error.
I find PRLs customer service to be appalling. Their system error occurred the first week on June and it is now the last week of June. They have not followed up with me when they said they would, they did not even reach out to me first when they knew of their system error, and they are making my bank hold all the responsibility. How hard would it be for them to just say, "I'm so sorry for this situation. We're going to send out another refund of $26.09 because we value you as a customer and we want you to continue benefitting from our products." Shouldn't be that hard.
I'm disappointed that this company has no integrity. I was hoping to continue to use their products because they were referred to me with glowing stars. Turns out they just don't care about their customers.
