“These supplements are the first I've used where I've noticed any progress and I'm deeply grateful. I will be using them for the forseable future. My only note is about packaging. Is there any way to make it so we don't churn through a bunch of plastic each month, where refills are shipped in compostable packaging and we add them to our existing bottles? Or at the very least, have them come in larger quantities so we order less? Few places recycle these bottles. There has to be a better way for the environment.”

“It took a while for me to get into the rhythm of ordering my vitamins efficiently. I don’t want to pay shipping fees. Once I figured out how many vitamins would ring up to free shipping, I’ve been very pleased. The orders arrive quickly and the quality of the vitamins are worth the extra cost. You get what you pay for. I only want high quality vitamins and PRL meets my needs.”

“I enjoy your products very much and would give them a 5. Website would get a 2 -3. The website is often frustrating though it is better than in past years. When an item is out of stock, it would be so helpful if we could pay for the item and when it becomes available you ship it out. Otherwise, I am having to have my clients send additional funds and do more work in tracking than I am happy about and it is happening more often lately. And then often the product becomes available days later and there is additional shipping charges.”
