“I love PRL and their products BUT the 2 new products that I ordered were dissapointing in a sense of, the container is only half full (cayenne pepper), ginger turmeric container is much smaller than the original fermented turmeric container and the quality of the container is not the same as well.”

“I want to have a website thatis readable when logging in for those of us who are vision impared. The box lines and print is so thin and light gray making it a multiple mouse hunt-and-click attempt to find and type login information boxes to type into. You did not send the proper amount fo my last commission deposit. It was only about 10% of what it should have been.”

“Subscriptions - Hard to Manage You are out of an item. That means that I will have to pay additional shipping costs because the item could not be shipped with a second monthly subscription item. Cannot update payment information for a subsciption that is every 2 months. NOT HAPPY!”

“I love PRL however y'all freqently are out of stock, maybe it's just w the supplements I need? Still waiting for Fermented Greens to come back in, as my daughter can't start protocol until these come back in. Praying it's this week!”

“YOU ARE TURNING THE ONCE CARING HEALTH ORGANIZATION INTO A MONEY GRUBBING CORPORATION. THE WEBSITE IS STERILE AND COLD APPEARING, WITH ALL THE BLUE, AS OPPOSED TO NATURAL, PLANT BASED AND CARING, AS IT USED TO BE. IT WAS ALSO NOT UPDATED AS OF JULY 12 WITH THE CURRENT SALES.. IT STILL SHOWED THE JUNE SALES. YOUR COMPUTERS ARE SLOW AND THE REPS OFTEN DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. IS THAT ENOUGH???”
