Recently, I placed an order for a product I loved, but noticed after some time, I had not received it in the mail. I called PRL and spoke with Zoe who immediately investigated the situation, which turned out to be a shipping and tracking problem. PRL reissued the product with no charge to me, and I received the product as ordered. I have always been happy with PRL, but this STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE took first prize! Zoe was extraordinary in her A+ helpfulness, diligence, courtesy and communication! Give this woman a raise! She is a real asset to PRL!
