This product was recommended by my doctor due to an autoimmune disorder and I noticed a difference immediately after taking it. I had accidentally purchased a different B product here and it was very good but it was literally not what my doc ordered. When I started the Max B-ND I could tell it was being absorbed better and I’ve noticed improvements in my energy levels, brain fog and some neural issues rom being vit B depleted. Great product!
