I ordered two pre-workouts from Predator Nutrition. One arrived expired. After providing proof, they initially denied responsibility and even implied I purchased it elsewhere. Only after several emails and a threat of escalation did they admit the product came from their stock. Still, their resolution was a minimal offer and ultimately they refused to provide a fair remedy. Poor customer service, gaslighting approach to customer complaints, and very disappointing conduct overall. Would not recommend.
