“I ordered two pre-workouts from Predator Nutrition. One arrived expired. After providing proof, they initially denied responsibility and even implied I purchased it elsewhere. Only after several emails and a threat of escalation did they admit the product came from their stock. Still, their resolution was a minimal offer and ultimately they refused to provide a fair remedy. Poor customer service, gaslighting approach to customer complaints, and very disappointing conduct overall. Would not recommend.”
“Made my purchase on Tuesday 06 May 2025, as of Friday 09 May 2025 it still has not shipped yet. Items were Instock. Poor communication so far. What happened to this company? They used to be excellent. Similar experience with them last year.”
“Order the Augmented labs ostareal capsules as I've had them a couple times before with great results. However this time as soon as I opened the tub it's smelled horrific like glue. I thought it was just me being sensitive and took one. All day I could taste that horrible smell. I was actually worried I had been poisoned. I Contacted predator nutrition who basically fobbed me off saying there is nothing I could do now as I had opened the tub. I was only asking for a replacement as the product sent is inedible. It's a full tub and a total waste of my money and time. I would avoid this company at all costs. This so seriously not the way to do customer service and build a good company.”
“They changed their shipping. At first it was through DHL and now through fed ex. It is extremely slow. I ordered early january and I have yet to receive my product. They have legit good products but the shipping and slow process really is a pain.”
“I ordered Kaged electrolites for the first time form the Predator Nutrition site. I did not receive immediately an email confirmation and called their office. The person who handled the call was very polite and helpful - he quickly checked my order and assured me that I was going to receive an email, once the order was with the courier company. Later that day I received an email from Esri who were informing me that my order was to be dispatched shortly.
I placed my order on Friday morning and it was withe me by Saturday, although I selected up to 3 working days.

“Having taken the products OTR-AC ELITE, BROMANTANE & EMOXYPINE for a couple of weeks now I can't say I notice any difference in anything. The pills all look exactly the same too so that doesn't inspire much confidence.
I cannot recommend this company or its products.”
