“Used to get great customer service with Ben. Unfortunately I think he's left...
This December 2024, made and paid for an order worth over £400, it's now missing, it never arrived, I was then told twice on customer service calls that they would email me the same day with a solution etc. No emails. No order has arrived.
At the moment they have my money,
I have no items, and they are doing nothing to refund me or locate my items.
Appalling service.
Used them for years but they seem to have no loyalty to help out long term customers if issues arrive. I miss dealing with Ben, the two people I spoke to this time were both, polite, unhelpful and ABSOLUTELY uninterested in my concerns.
To sum up, Predator are great if nothing goes wrong, they love taking your money and spamming you with endless email adverts...
however they are totally uncaring if you have a problem or issue etc.
They have a responsibility to refund my money or replace my order in full, including the bundle-gifts advertised as part of their BLACK FRIDAY promotion (a scam possibly, to drive up sales?
I'm a tell-it-like-it-is person, and you can rely on my review.
It's a shame when people and/or companies are disingenuous and do not behave with integrity, and customer care.

Today,30.10.package have not even left the UK yet.
They offered no compensation,blamed it on the security situation in my country (again,notice it has not arrived in my country,still haven't left the uk) and didn't respond to my emails.
A chargeback was filed with the credit company.
So,while their products line looks impressive,their shipping is not worth a penny.
Consider before purchasing from them.”

“I've been ordering from Predator Nutrition for over 10 years. I dread to think how much money I have sunk into them in this time. They were my "go to" for supplements as they were always one of the cheapest with some great deals.
However, upon my most recent purchase, I ordered 3 items on a "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" deal, only for my package to arrive without the "free" item.
I contacted predator nutrition right away to notify them of the missing item, along with a photo of the box and its contents (which didn't look to have been tampered with, nor was it damaged in any way).
They responded 6 days later to tell me that I do not have enough evidence to prove the item wasn't in the box, pretty much telling me that I'm a liar.
I responded back right away requesting how it would be possible to provide evidence of a missing item, without first opening the box. A bit of a Schrödinger’s Cat paradox.
I waited 5 days for a response, and so I emailed back for an update. They responded to me 3 days later, with the same response, that there is not enough evidence to prove that the item wasn't in the box.
Extremely poor customer service from a now dishonest company. I will not be purchasing from them again, and advise anyone reading this to go elsewhere.
(As a side note/warning: don't fall for their "Spend £300 get £100 worth of items free" deal, it's just a few expired pre-workout samples, some out of date protein bars, a predator nutrition protein brownie and a cheap shaker.)”
“Hi, My order arrived with vanilla protein powder everywhere in the box !!!! After tidying the box and having a considerable amount of protein lost. I opened up the strawberry protein powder and was unable to shut it due to your poor standard push close system. Most of your bag do shut but it's pretty annoying when they don't and this has happened too often!!! Then your drink container works, but who wants to mess about with a metal spring ? They keep closing case without any contact!!!! Been buying them for year and had no problem till now. Basically they have No customer care 😕 will not buy from them again 🙄”

“I ordered Kaged electrolites for the first time form the Predator Nutrition site. I did not receive immediately an email confirmation and called their office. The person who handled the call was very polite and helpful - he quickly checked my order and assured me that I was going to receive an email, once the order was with the courier company. Later that day I received an email from Esri who were informing me that my order was to be dispatched shortly.
I placed my order on Friday morning and it was withe me by Saturday, although I selected up to 3 working days.

I was suspicious when they had every flavour in stock when nobody else did but the reviews were good, so I gave it a go.
The consistency of the powder and packaging looked different upon receiving and can confirm a complete fake product with barely any effect at all. AVOID”

“Having taken the products OTR-AC ELITE, BROMANTANE & EMOXYPINE for a couple of weeks now I can't say I notice any difference in anything. The pills all look exactly the same too so that doesn't inspire much confidence.
I cannot recommend this company or its products.”
“Scammers in every sense of the word. My package was dumped on my front door step and left in full view of passers by. Even the proof of delivery picture shows my front door closed, proving that all they did was dump my package and run. Never received the package, it was stolen by someone walking down the street. Under the consumer rights act 2015 the retailer is responsible to put this matter right. Big surprise the remedial idiot's at Predator Nutrition are now ignoring my emails. Buy at your own risk!”

I bought £100 worth of supplements. One of them was 400gr Muscletech Creatine. They sent 200gr Creatine. I contacted them with the invoice showing that I purchased the 400gr product; however, they hadn't tried to cover their mistake and didn't do anything at all. In the end, I paid for 400gr creatine but received half of it. Do not order from these scammers.”
