The person who handled the call was very polite and helpful - he quickly checked my order and assured me that I was going to receive an email, once the order was with the courier company. Later that day I received an email from Esri who were informing me that my order was to be dispatched shortly.
I placed my order on Friday morning and it was withe me by Saturday, although I selected up to 3 working days.

After not getting answers from shipping and customs I sent another email and again with/in 2 days they answered my email and took care of everything. I got my shipment quickly after.
