Simon who fitted the shower room in March was very good but when I phoned Premier care about a problem with the toilet seat coming loose they said it was not covered by the warranty after paying £12000 I think that is disgusting the guy on the phone said their minimum charge was £120 and it might be cheaper to get a third party to look at it
