We phoned premier bathing a salesman came out to see us and give us a quote for a level access shower the man was really helpful gave us good honest advice and quoted us for the work to be done nothing was to much trouble we were both looking forward to the end result workmen came covered up the flooring and carpets they were polite friendly hard working and cleaned up as they went along at the end of the job another company came out and cleared the driveway of all building Materials the following day my wife and I would recommend premier bathing to anyone looking to renew a bathroom so helpful so kind and caring well worthy of five stars Mr & Mrs Doyle

The installation was perform with meticulous care and skill by Owen Park and his assistant. The end product was as advertised in quality and style. The only caveat that I would provide to Premier, is keep in touch with your customer. A series of unforseen circumstances kept me guessing about when and if the installation would occur. Management needs to stay on top of communication with a customer. Voice mail left unanswered is poor business. The product is first class, so should keeping customer aware of true information

My mother and father inlaw had their new bathroom fitted. From the initial quotation to the installation they kept in contact. Keith Salisbury who was the installer was absolutely amazing. He was extremely polite, tidy and nothing was to much trouble. Well done Mobility bathing group for this guy. My mother and father inlaw cannot rate him enough. The company call them everyday to make sure they are happy and do a general check up on how everything is going. As a daughter inlaw you do worry that they aren’t getting value for money but I can assure anyone who chooses this company will not need to worry. From sending payment receipts to outstanding balances (shout out for the accounts team) It looks amazing and as they are getting older it has now adapted for their later years but looks very stylish and not like a disability bathroom.

Premier care was very professional at all stages of planning my Mobility Bathroom. Ricky, the fitter was polite and friendly, always working hard and leaving the area clean and tidy. I appreciated very much the daily calls from Yvonne, my installation advisor, to ask about the progress of the work. Well done Premier Care. I would highly recommend you anytime.

Refit of bathroom to replace bath with walk-in shower. Both in our 80's. Installation done reasonably well, with some minor problems sorted afterwards. Pleased woth the overal result. HOWEVER - 4 months usage and the shower has failed, pump not working. So shower useless. Reported this to Customer Service 4 days ago, and that team has so far failed to get a fitter to come and effect a repair, or even offer me a date. Lots of excuses as to why not. Customer Service - not in my case !! Very unimpressed, and wonder why the department is called 'Customer Service'

Do not go near https://www.mobility-plus.co.uk/ or https://www.premiercareinbathing.co.uk/ and keep an eye on vulnerable people you know. They signed up and took £9,300 from my vulnerable, 81 year old mother without ever checking whether anyone had power of attorney over her affairs - my sister and I both have had LPOA for six years. They arranged a sales visit without asking if she wanted to be represented. Disgraceful.

Do not engage this awful company. Beware of advertising statements promising that the price quoted is the final price, hidden deeply in the Terms & conditions are your responsibilities such as, ensuring adequate water pressure, suggesting buildings insurances, electrical survey all of which are at your cost. Question, why do this company charge you for a survey?. My advice, at the hint of a problem that is contrary to their promises act immediately within the contract to instigate a chargeback for your money paid and be determined. Important always read everything and act within the T&C and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Better still avoid this company at all costs.

Having agreed with Premier Cares surveyor on 11th April 23 that the delivery of materials and installation would be on 28/4/23 the installers didn’t arrive. These dates were essential to complete this project before the arrival of our visitors from Melbourne, Having registered an official complaint was told it would take up to 10 working days to respond taking me beyond the completion date. Naturally I cancelled the contract on the 28/4/23 and am still waiting for my refund. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY. They promise much but deliver little.

Your after sales care is sadly lacking, with your people making promises that they will get back to me, but unfortunately still waiting for someone to ring. Also your telephone system needs looking at, it has serious problems. We have waited a week and nobody got in touch with us. Rang again today, and, we were assured that someone would ring us back, yet again, nobody.

We have had an awful experience overall with this company. The fitter pressurised my elderly parents into accepting alterations to the original plans without consulting the designer. The same fitter was shoddy not sealing edges, leaving dents and holes in panels and managing to crack the shower tray during installation. It took a lot of arguing to snag all the issues with the bathroom and the tray was only repaired, not replaced. 4 years on the pump is leaking and the repair to the tray has cracked. The plug in the sink has broken due to poor quality materials. I am still waiting on the company to come and repair the leak to the shower despite me reporting it as leaking into the downstairs room over 2 weeks ago! Customer service is awful. They do not return calls and i was just cut off after waiting 55 minutes to be connected ... for the 4th time!

Renewal of bath with no fuss and professional expertise. Polite and punctual, with honest advice. Very competitive pricing and a thoroughly solid customer service. Can safely recommend this company to the general public

Two very delightful fitters who it was a pleasure to have in the bungalow. Did the work efficiently, but unfortunately due to missing pieces the job took longer to complete, otherwise would have had 5 stars

excellent service . bathroom looks very nice .I am very pleased with it We were on holidy during the fitting and it was supervised by our daughters and they both had very good words to say regarding the man who did the fitting.

I had a walk in shower and shower room make over last year and its been a huge disaster from beginning to end . The first one fitted had to be ripped out and started again , it was a disgusting mess that cost £10.000 . The faults are too numerous to list here , the shower still leaks and now the folding seat has come loose and is hanging off the wall , i find it difficult to stand in shower due to a back problem, and i have tried for over a week to get in touch with someone to help deal with my complaint . They are either not answering and dont get back to me when i request them tooi would never in any circumstances recommend this company … i sven had to endure two nights with the toilet uncapped and the stench was unbearable and all this with a husband with Alchziemers .. no customer care there ..

Once we'd ordered the bathroom, kept in touch with us by phone and letters.The goods arrived on time and so did the fitter, who was very careful to protect carpets etc, and who always told us of any changes to his regular schedule. Work was completed on time and to a high standard. Follow-up phone call to check we are happy with the job.

Work carried out to a high standard by your fitter. There was some conflict between information provided at the initial meeting and how the site work had to be undertaken. These were resolved by your fitter. A little improvement in planning and survey may be an advantage.

Stay well clear of this company!! Pressured sales and bully an elderly couple, £10000 plus for a bathroom that should have been half that.
