Your after sales care is sadly lacking, with your people making promises that they will get back to me, but unfortunately still waiting for someone to ring.
Also your telephone system needs looking at, it has serious problems. We have waited a week and nobody got in touch with us. Rang again today, and, we were assured that someone would ring us back, yet again, nobody.
