My friend whom is an elderly lady, had a quote from a member of staff, for a whole new bathroom with walk in shower, and quoted her £16,000. Obviously this was completely out of her budget, so they tried reducing the price by £2,000 . She will not be using this company, as they are ripping her off. She is an elderly and vulnerable lady . The average price of a bathroom is between 5 and 6 thousand pounds.
