“Two very delightful fitters who it was a pleasure to have in the bungalow. Did the work efficiently, but unfortunately due to missing pieces the job took longer to complete, otherwise would have had 5 stars”

“Work carried out to a high standard by your fitter. There was some conflict between information provided at the initial meeting and how the site work had to be undertaken. These were resolved by your fitter. A little improvement in planning and survey may be an advantage.”

“Simon who fitted the shower room in March was very good but when I phoned Premier care about a problem with the toilet seat coming loose they said it was not covered by the warranty after paying £12000 I think that is disgusting the guy on the phone said their minimum charge was £120 and it might be cheaper to get a third party to look at it”

“The reason for not giving 5 stars is because of the delay in delivery of the components which did not turn up until 1820hrs on the Monday. Which meant that the fitter couldn't finish the work until the Friday. Otherwise the fitter (Steve) was brilliant, and the finish is excellent. Just a pity about the water pressure..”
