“After having shower put in the fitter did not have enough edging strips promise to be back on the monday ,no show told we could use the shower only to find water runing down the kitchen wall phoned premier care to tell them ( but they denied this ) had to pay the reminder of the money ask for a discount for all the hassle told they dont do that ,would i recommend this company no i dont think so”

“Following my first shower the pump was faulty, water flowed-out into hall and damaged the laminated flooring. I contacted the person who installed it and he fixed it. the pump. It has been fine since. However the plastic runner on one of the doors has come detached. I have asked for this to be fixed.”

“I feel communication between salesperson, surveyor and contractor could be better. Installation could have been less if more than one person on site. 9 panels delivered but only 7 used, Was I charged for 9? Kostas worked hard and very much a grafter.”

“Mel, the fitter and plumber was excellent. He was very helpful in suggesting where to install the shower etc. Showed concern towards us and left everything scrupulously clean. He was excellent!”
