Worst customer service ever, JUST a FEW POINT ABOUT THIS HORRIBLE customer service/COMPANY;
The reps, don't answer phone calls, Nor call back when you leave a message.
They keep you guessing about your case's immediate and future updates/outcomes. They don't even inform you or apologize that it will take some longer time or this is the situation right NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY nothing at all.

They should have never been in this kind of business, to begin with.
after all, This is supposed to be a helpful source for disabled people to get help with their everyday life with their medical problems. . which stops them from going back to work. A really good company will listen to their clients, be patient, respectful, companionate, attentive, caring, and keep their clients informed often. be honest and truthful with their disabled clientele. with all, that's said, if I had to grade this company from 1 to 10? I must say that unfortunately, they deserve a minus -10 Not even a one.
