They filed bad information to start with. I had to drive over an hour each way to my social security office and do all the paperwork myself. In 18 months I have received zero communication from Premier. I birddogged the case, made contacts with key disability employees throughout the process. I finally asked what in the Hell they were doing to represent me? I was told I could not speak to the attorney that would represent me and they were actually only there to represent me if I was denied and had to appeal. Well I had a cut and dry case and was awarded full disability backdated 3 years (but only 12 months back pay is allowed) I won on October 7th, 2024 with payments starting in November 2024 I get back pay in 3 installments, Nov,+6 months and +12 months. BUT Premier gets paid their entire 6K before I see mine. Can’t we all join forces and file a lawsuit again Premier for fraud and put them out of business Corrupt company
