Brought a pair of riding boots just under a year ago and they are slightly came apart at the stitching I sent pictures and most lovely girl Laura got back to me ASAP they sent us a brand-new pair of boots perfectly in time for competing at Hickstead absolutely amazing service I love the quality and the products couldn’t be more grateful I won’t use another company now so pleased
