I bought a Santini jacket in a sale at XL (normally have to size up with Santini) - nice jacket but not tried it yet, weather too foul! By the time I realised it was too big L was sold out, but Andy from Prendas tracked me down a return and sent it out with a return label for the XL. Outstanding customer service.
