Incredible service! I enquired with Prendas regarding the re-stock date for an item that was out of stock in my size and was informed that it was unlikely to be restocked. I therefore placed an order in the next size down in the hope that it would fit. Much to my surprise, when the order was delivered it contained two of the item in the original size that I had wanted! A handwritten note from Andy explained he had found the size I wanted in the wrong place in the warehouse and had included two instead of the one I had ordered and paid for. As I said - incredible service!!
