Good customer service. Just one small hiccup with the wrong cycling cap being sent but this was quickly rectified as well as being resolved on a weekend which exceeded my expectations.
I would say confirm your own sizing requirements as despite measurements being provided, I was still supplied with the 'small' and could probably have needed the 'medium' as the Italian cycling brands do tend to come up small.
