One of the items in my order (bib shorts) wasn't available due to a stock error. I was contacted quickly and was given alternative (more expensive) options at no extra cost to me. The replacements were shipped to me very quickly. The bib shorts and the jersey which I bought were both of very good quality. I recommend Prendas Ciclismo very highly.
