Prendas have always been outstanding, and continue to be so, the best way of me describing the experience over the years is, they are like having a local independent bike shop, they have want you need most of the time, and the service is 2nd to none which leaves me feeling guilty when I buy a castelli something from wiggle! If you know what I mean
