I must say, I am quite shocked with my experience. We secured a tutor, time and date for my daughter. summer is not that easy to make a sceduale work but we re-arranged our day to make it happen. Not only did our tutor ( who from my understanding is a certified Ontario teacher ), not show up, there was no follow up call with an explanation, reason or make up date. For a professional service, I would never recommend their company
