This course is truly worth the money. Dr. Shaan Patel tracked every metric by which cognitive performance can be measuered and effectively applied strategies to maximize it. All of his strategies have value and cover such little details that you would not have paid attention to until he mentions them. Incredible course, I personally had a 1390-1580 score improvement.
