“Kevin Perish held an outstanding class. Due to the fact that my class had a sub for one lesson I could see the graphic differences between an average prep expert class, and his. Within the average prep expert class there were stable notes for the content being taught, and a separate time put aside for learning hacks and advice when taking the actual PSAT, the way Kevin's class differed is explaining each question type, with out of the box thinking, helping us grasp ideas we've never looked twice at. He was able to blend the content and hacks for the PSAT seamlessly. After explaining the question type, he would pick select questions that were obviously chosen for optimal learning. After answering the question he would address the wrong answer and explain why it was wrong in a very enlightening way. Doing example questions during the class really improved my overall performance because he could explain why it was wrong. When we would make mistakes, we could learn from it and apply that strategy to a similar question. He had an advanced knowledge of the questions and made all the questions that we did have variety showing us each angle and way a problem could be shown, along with weaving it into an immersive and fun atmosphere, explaining little tidbits or fun facts that kept us engaged. He approached each one of our questions with curiosity and respect. I'm able to confidently say that his different approach made a big difference, because it was really interactive, along with the fact that his passion and knowledge of the course was obvious.”

“Vishu Bharadwaaj is very good at explaining topics and giving steps when topics or strategies are confusing. He is occasionaly late to meetings with some small time trouble, but not very late, with a maximum of 5-10 minutes later than expected. Vishnu assigns a managable workload, and this workload is also tailored for each person depending on their needs.”

“Prep Expert has been a great experience, as I’ve seen a huge improvement in my SAT performance with my tutor, Vishnu Bharadwaj. He has been extremely helpful and has made every session productive and engaging. I originally wanted to focus on improving my Reading score, and he has been extremely supportive in teaching me strategies for answering difficult passages, eliminating incorrect answer choices, and managing my time more effectively. In just a short amount of time, I’ve already improved my practice test scores by more than 50 points, which has given me much more confidence going into the exam. I appreciate how my tutor has personalized teaching methods. During sessions, he sees my step-by-step thought process while I answer questions, so instead of just telling me whether I’m right or wrong, he pinpoints exactly where my reasoning breaks down. He helps me understand why I made a mistake, shows me how to avoid making the same error again, and teaches strategies that I can apply to similar questions in the future. “Taking the prep expert sat 7 week founder course by dr shaan patel and the 4 week psat course led by Kevin Parrish was easily the best investment of my high school career completely rewriting my trajectory toward college. Unlimited price for a year made it seem too cheap to think about after attending the classes and getting my scholarship. Before enrolling, my test scores had stalled and the mounting pressure of applications left me feeling anxious. Dr. Patel‘s general strategies were very helpful. He demystified the entire exam by teaching us how to spot common trap answers faster, essential, grammar rules, and execute brilliant, management shortcuts that made every section, feel entirely manageable. What I love most throughout the courses was the perfect balance of life, high energy, humility and practice questions/examples by both. The weekly interactive lecture also engaged in a way us to not let us become bored, while the full length practice exam spoke of mental stamina and pacing, needed for testing by the time.I sat for the actual exam the ticking clock no longer cause panic every question Felt like a predictable puzzle. I already knew how to solve the score, increased by 800 and the end, which earned me a national merit scholarship and unlock life-changing college opportunities that one felt completely out of reach. Not only that, this also helped me in taking normal tests at school. Joining prepexpert has been a life changing moment for me and I hope everyone can have this same experience.”

“Prep Expert is a very solid and helpful course. My instructor was Kevin and he did a really great job at throughly explaining any questions we had. He was super engaged and full of energy which is super positive because I think that it helps you be more engaged and focused. However, I think that at some parts he went a bit too fast. For example, when he gave us a lattice problem I would still be trying to find the answer and he would start explaining it already. I think the assignments were also helpful for giving me an idea of what the PSAT will look like, but a lot of the questions on the homework assignments were the same as the questions on the tests. Before this class I have never seen any PSAT related things because im going into 9th grade, but from my first test to my most recent test I have improved about 150 points. There is a lot to cover in so little time so I think this course is great for fast learners. Even for people who don’t learn as fast I still think it’s good because they can go back and watch the recording. Overall, I think Prep Expert was well worth the time and money.”

“Where do I even start with Kevin? Well that would have been the first webinar: filled with energy and dicussion. Kevin offered a unique teaching method that varied from the other instructors at Prep Expert, as Kevin was focused on drilling in topics that he saw the class was weak on and providing us with strategies to help us fix our previous mistakes. Kevin Parish's techniques and strategies immediately translated to score improvements on my practice PSAT's as I saw a sharp 200 point score increase by my second test and remained stable throughout the course. I also saw that my speed and stamina during the practice was increased from the start of the course, which I 100% equate to Kevin's teaching. Therefore, I would highly recommend Kevin Parish if you are looking to not only boost your PSAT score but also if you are looking to set up a good foundation for SAT prep. Thanks Kevin!”

“PrepExpert has been a very helpful resourse for me. At the begining I was completly clueless of the content that would be on the PSAT. Mr. Kevin Parish was an excellent tutor, who helped me with so much. He is very very considerant and almost makes learning fun( or as fun as it can be). He makes sure to go at everybodies pace, which can be hard due to the amount of student in a class. But he manages to make it work. “Kevin Parrish definitely helped me improve my score overtime on the PSAT by explaining all the material that appears in the PSAT as well as any techniques that can be used to get a higher score. When starting this course, I got around 2 or 3 questions wrong on the homework modules and about 4 to 5 wrong total (all four modules on the PSAT) on the practice tests. Near the end of the course, I'm more frequently getting 100% on the homework modules, and about 2 or 3 wrong total on the practice tests. I liked Mr. Parrish's energy, enthusiasm, and engagement with the class while teaching, and he also stayed on topic whenever necessary.”

“My instructor’s name was Kevin Parrish. He was overall a great teacher throughout the 4-week PSAT course. But, I felt that at some times he would get a little sidetracked or mention stuff not relevant to the course. At times I felt a little rushed and I don’t know whether it was because Kevin was thinking in the best interest of time or whether he thought most students grasped the concepts. He did a spectacular job responding to comments or questions in the chat. Overall, I really enjoyed my four weeks in this course and with Kevin, he’s a great teacher who knows how to keep the class as a whole engaged in learning.”

“I took Kevin Parrish's 4 Week PSAT course and I learned a lot from the cours espically the math part of the PSAT he really helped me on with the desmos tricks that he taught us during the class, and he gave us a lot of pointers for the ELA section of the test. “My instructor was Shivang Giri. He was very enthusiastic about helping us to become the best test takers possible and I am very grateful for his help. I think the best thing about him is that he was relatable. I haven't taken another SAT yet, but I definitely expect a score imporvement. I liked the pacing of the course.
