“The Prep Expert 6 week Flagship course was amazingly exceptional! I especially loved Ethan Moy and Shivang's instruction and assistance with all types of problems, even if there was some confusion. He helped me substantially with any problems I had trouble with, explained them thoroughly, and guided all of us with his wonderful instruction. He is a great instructor, is charming, and truly guides his students with the best resources and tips available. Shivang also helped with clarification on difficult problems, and for general advice to enable us to reach success. I would totally reccomend that my friends take this course for the October or December SAT,as it has helped me a lot, bringing my score up by 200 on practice tests, and I am excelling in my understanding of the math section. Truly a great course.”

“I cannot recommend this course enough. Ethan and Shivang are such incredible instructors, they really helped make very difficult concepts easier to comprehend. What stood out to me most was the effort they put into making sure every student understands the material of the course, rather than simply memorizing how to solve each problem. Ethan’s explanations are really clear and easy to understand. He is always willing to explain the questions from different angles until they make sense for everyone in the class. That made a huge difference in the way I approached problems and my confidence going into the exam. The thing that I appreciated the most about this course is how easy it is to understand for anyone. Since English isn’t my first language, until I did this course some concepts in the Reading and Writing section felt especially difficult before taking this course. However, Ethan explains everything in an easy way to follow, which made me much more comfortable answering all sorts of questions. This course exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would most definitely recommend Ethan and Shivang to anyone looking to improve their SAT score!”

“I found the instructional course by Ethan Moy and Shivang to be very insightful and helpful overall at understanding the SAT and its inner workings. The class goes in depth to different niches of the SAT and how the test tries to trick, evaluate, and gauge students as well as ways for students to get around it. For example, the course taught me about subject agreement with commas and how the SAT asks those questions. The course also provides with a lot of further mediums to practice outside of class, like practice tests, modules, hard math quizzes (which are really good for getting your math skills up and learning tricks). Went from an average of 1300 to around 1450. However, there are some things that I could maybe see a bit of improvement on. One thing about the class is that students are assigned a book, but I saw the workload of reading that book (50 pages) as a bit much, so often I found it better to just skip it. Maybe if it was divided better for the homework, but overall the impact of not reading that book I found wasn't too much, its more like an overview of what is learnt in class. Also, I found the website a bit hard to navigate. On days where I missed the class due to other circumstances, accessing the recordings was weird for me because it led me to recordings of different classes. However, any issues found outside of class can be easily resolved by contacting the instructors which the website allows you to do. Also the way the workload is divided makes the class which seems a bit overbearing at first glance, feel more light once I was able to divide the homework into manageable work periods; which with how the homework is designed, is very easy. Overall, would recommend both the instructor and the website.”

“I took the 6-Week SAT Flagship Course led by Mr. Ethan Moy and assisted by Mr. Shivang Giri in preparation to take the SAT for a second time. Classes were enjoyable and I felt very comfortable following Mr. Moy's teaching style and pace of the course. Although I have not taken this upcoming SAT, Prep Expert provided me with countless resources to prepare, including 6 Full-Length Practice SATs. In taking these practice exams, I saw a 150 point score improvement and feel very confident going into my SAT.”

“Mr Ethan Moy is one of the greatest teachers I've had. I did both the SATs and the British A-levels and by far he is in the top 5 teachers I had, he is also a chill person he asks how everyone is before the class and asks if we understand the topic and question after each lesson. he also goes over the homeworks and where we made mistakes and he explains it slowly so everyone can understand the question, he cares about his students and when we have time he asks about what we did over the weekend or between classes thanks to him I improved my scores and helped me increase how fast i do the questions”

You guys actually did a really good job in helping me prepare for the SAT and now I feel more motivated to tackle the SAT and use the strategies for it. Now I have started to use more startegies and you helped actually to motivate myself and do everything that I can to the best of my ability to master the SAT and hopefully get into a good college. You guys helped me like you working 24 hours a day/7 days a week when I had a question on how to use the startegies in Prep Expert to pass the SAT and now because of you guys I am able to more trategies associated with mastering the SAT. If you didn't teach the startegies or if you didn't help me I wouldn't be still confident for the SAT.”

“i think the class was very good, i really liked Mr. Moy's ability to talk for 3 hours with precise information. It was really helpful and ended up increasing my score to over 200 points. The class over all was also very engaging, mostly because of the questions that Mr.Moy asks at the begenning of the class and after every break. He would ask us "what did you guys do over the weekend" or " how was your break like". My favorite part of the class was that we were able to type in the chat: asking questions, talking with peers, and writing our answers while recieving constructive criticism. One suggestion I would make is to implement desmos for more of the math questions. The ability to master Desmos can lead us to save time and also increase our score gradually.”

“My fantastic, beautiful, stunning, and smart instructor Ethan Moy has been a great help in my journey into retaking the SAT. It already helped me reach almost 200 more points than last time I took the test. What I really valued in this course was understanding strategies and then getting access to all of those strategies if I forgot or I missed something in the lesson. I also really appreciated how we took a practice test every week, as someone who learns through much practice, taking a test is exactly how I learn best. Even besides me, this course helps all different types of learners so its not just one way of learning type of course. Ethan Moy was also a very outgoing instructor, he always made time to just ask us about our day and he made it his mission to answer all of our questions in the chat. Shivang was also a big help in providing me with extra study tools like quizlet whcih was very much appreciated. Though he was mostly behind the scenes, he did help answer questions as well. He is very thoughtful, and shared his own story about navigating college which was very helpful outside of the course.”

“Ethan was a good instructor who was always fun and helpful. I’m seeing improvements from 1370 to about 1400. The strategies and practice i gained from the course were definitely useful. I think that it would be better if students were separated by their current score, because in my class there were a lot of less smart kids asking questions in the chat and holding back the class.”

“I really enjoyed my experience with Prep Expert, especially working with my tutor Evelyn Wong. I worked with her for 5 hours, and she made sure we used the entire time to actually work on improving my skills. Whenever I didn’t understand a question, she explained it in a way that made it easier to understand and helped me notice details in the questions that I might have missed. She also sent me helpful ways to remember vocabulary using roots, prefixes, and suffixes. After my first Prep Expert class, my score went up by 120 points from my previous score. Overall, I really liked how much help I received in the private tutoring and how much more confident I felt with the test material.”

“The day before this course started I genuinely was like, “WHO in this 7-billion world population would EVER attend 6-HOUR long classes on the weekend?” Obviously my mom forced me into it and I had no way out. Fast forward two days… I take it all back 😭😭😭 What is normally taught over 6 to 7 weeks was flawlessly packed into two days without sacrificing ANY quality. I am SO impressed by how much we covered and, more importantly, how much I actually understood. I cannot thank Shivang Giri, my main instructor, enough. Shivang managed to make 100 strategies and concepts understandable to me, someone whose brain is equivalent to a 5-year-old's. Every concept was broken down into simple strategies, examples, and easy walkthroughs. No confusion, no massive text walls that could hospitalize someone-- just straight to the point explanations for every strategy and and easy walkthroughs for every question. I also want to appreciate Alex Yang, who was always there to help clarify questions, especially when we were running short on time. If someone asked a question in chat, they genuinely took the time to address it rather than just moving on. Both Shivang and Alex were incredibly patient, generous, and understanding throughout the course. They were respectful of our time and considerate of our well-being, encouraging us to take breaks every hour, and would ask what we wanted to do. And despite both of them being ridiculously young, they’re both very knowledgeable. Also the fact that they both got 1540+ on the SAT was especially motivating because that’s genuinely my goal score. It was very easy to trust people who have already done what I want to do. The "weekend SAT review" is probably one of the best things PrepExpert offers. It doesn't make you sacrifice a too insane amount of time while also helping you remember LOTS of things, making sure you are fresh and ready for the upcoming SAT. In general, my score has already increased 200+ points, and a huge part of that improvement came from the strategies I learned here. So thank you, Shivang and Alex, for turning what I thought would be 12 hours of pain into one of the most useful SAT learning experiences I’ve had so far. As boring as SAT review sounds, this course was actually fun to be in and the best part was that it didn't even feel like 12 hours!”

“GENUINELY LOVED IT! Ilia K was my instructor, and his classes were amazing. Although three hours seems long, his classes really didn't feel long at all. His breathing exercises, stress managment, and overall teaching style really helped me, and I went up around 190 points on the SAT. “I had Shivang Giri as my primary tutor and Alex Yang as my assistant, and I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. What stood out to me most about Shivang was how much he cared about whether I actually understood something instead of just moving on after giving an explanation. If I got a question wrong, he would take the time to explain where my thinking went off and how I could recognize that type of question the next time I saw it. Alex was also extremely helpful whenever I needed another explanation or had a question. Over the course, I became much more confident taking the SAT. I started to understand not only the content, but also how to think through questions when I was unsure and how to stay calm when I came across something difficult. There were definitely moments where I felt frustrated with my performance, but having instructors who were patient and encouraging made a huge difference. Looking back, I think the biggest improvement was not just in my practice scores, but in how I approached the test itself. I am genuinely grateful that I got to have Shivang and Alex as my instructors. They made the classes something I actually looked forward to, and I feel significantly more prepared for the SAT because of them. I would absolutely recommend Prep Expert to anyone who is serious about improving their score and wants instructors who will actually invest in their success.”
