“My instructor is Isabella Raicu is an amazing SAT prep instructor who somehow managed to make SAT studying not feel like a form of punishment. She’s incredibly kind, patient, and explains even the most confusing concepts in a way that actually makes sense. “My instructor was Isabella Raicu and she was amazing. She consistently got on the zoom meeting and was delighted to talk to us. She connected to us on a personal level. My only downside was that she got sick and couldn't attend two meetings. My score went up around 170 points and it will go higher up after the next Practice SAT or SAT that I take. The resources in this course are amazing and really give me the insight I need to succeed. Tips, tricks, and overall knowledge for the SAT are all given to you.”

“Through the 6-week SAT course with PrepExpert taught by Miguel Chavira alongside Shriie Ganesh I was able to raise my score by +300 points and more improvement to come. I learned the ins and outs of the SAT through the vast amount of information given through the PrepExpert program. On the last class I was left questionless as I knew that I had all the information I need to succeed in the SAT. The committment of both professors as well as the whole program that set up all the sources and homeworks gave me a strong foundation to being a better student overall. “Mr. Miguel Chavira was my SAT instructor, and I can confidently say he was one of the best teachers I've ever had. “Before this 6-week course, I was dreading retaking the SAT due to discouraging past attempts. After just two weeks under the instruction of Miguel and Alex, my score rose by a hundred points. Each week following the second, my score increased exponentially. The material presented concise, effective strategies, unlike other programs or prep books. “The 6-week Prep Expert SAT course instructed by Miguel Chavira (and Alex Yang) provided a lot of helpful encouragement, substantive information, and key tips that I think will help not only with the SAT but with learning in general. I have yet to take the SAT; however, the materials, including the textbook, slides, tip sheets, homework assignments, and multiple links to practice quizzes and tests, are very comprehensive relative to what I have read about other courses. Also, the "interaction" with other students (via the webinar chat) provided additional information and guidance as to how to interpret and approach questions. I'm specifically grateful for Miguel's support and his straightforward style of teaching.”

“This course helped me refine my reading and writing skills in ways I didn’t think were possible before. I struggled a lot with that section of the SAT, and after taking the course, my skills improved significantly. My teachers, Miguel Chavira and Alex Yang, did a very good job of explaining concepts and helping both other students and me through any difficulties we had with questions we missed. I started off scoring in the low 600s, sometimes even high 500s, on the reading and writing section of the SAT. As I took the course, I began scoring higher and higher, and I eventually ended up scoring in the mid-700s on that section. The SAT math section has never been a struggle for me personally. However, when I missed a question or two on that section, the instructors explained it in a manner that was easy to understand and helped me understand why I made the mistake.”

“Before PrepExpert, I have only taken the PSAT, and have not done as well as I would've wished. Throughout the course, Miguel and Alex were very helpful and thorough with the contents.
