“My instructor Isabella Raciu was very thorough and clear with her presentations. Reading was more so common sense but the strategies for both math and reading will help me in the long run when talking standardize tests, not just the SAT. Math was more difficult but with the amount of practice Prep Expert has given me I am more than confident that my score will increase. I would like to thank Isabella for her patience and belief in not just myself but all her students. I would also like to thank Prep Expert not only as a program but the company as a whole. What they are able to do for students is truley nothing short of a miracle. Colleges that seemed out of reach are suddenly possible again and I am truley thank full for this program and my tutor, Isabella Raciu.”

“I took the 6 week flagship SAT course with Isabella Raicu and I really liked the class. The class comprehensively covered many topics seen on the test and taught me strategies that helped me increase my practice test SAT score. I especially liked the format of the class because it helped break up the different subjects the SAT covers. Over all, this course was very helpful in my SAT journey.”

“This course helped me improve my mindset toward standardized test taking and gave my helpful strategies. This course kept me on track and focused for my overall goal. My only set back was going on hard math review, when both the instructor and I didn't know how to answer the question and it was confusing.”

“Miguel Chavira was someone I would like to have as a personal tutor. His way of teaching really helped me understand most the lessons and whenever I had any questions. He always read my questions and he did his best to answer it in a way I understand it. I don't believe he ever missed one questions because he is that type of tutor. A tutor that cares for his students and wish the best. As one of his students, I wish him the best. Thank you Miguel, I won't let you down.”

“Prep Expert was incredibly helpful for my preparation of the SAT exam. My instructor, Emma Skyler, was very thorough in her explanations regarding not only WHY the right answer is correct, but HOW to reach the answer organically on the real test. While I was already scoring very high on the math section before Prep Expert, my average question answering speed greatly improved after gaining a better understanding of the more complex questions. The Reading and Writing sections have always been my weak points, but Emma showed us amazing strategies that I used in practice (such as BOSS, 7-Repetition, etc.) which greatly raised my score. This course most certainly had the biggest impact on my improvement. Thank you so much!”

“Emma was my tutor. I really liked how she was nice and treated everyone with a nice tone and voice. It can get overwhelming teaching that many students for 6 hours and Emma always kept a smile in her face and never stopped to smile. However, I do feel like she goes off track once in a while and talks too much. By this I mean that when we are given time to do a question and answer the poll, she reads the question and sometimes starts giving us hints or answering questions so, personally, I couldn't concentrate on the question so I had to mute it. I would like for her to let us read the question on our own and do the question alone with silence and then after the given amount of time, she can answer questions and explain the questions we were given.”

“My instructor's name is Taylor Trautwein. I was able to improve my SAT math score up to a 750 and am just 2-3 questions away from getting a 800 on the math module everytime(my score on the math section was 680 when I took the March SAT in 2024). However, my reading score stayed the same for the most part. I really liked how the instructor was open to feedback and was constantly trying to find ways where she could lead the lesson in a way where we would be benefitted the most. She made sure that throughout the classes, she was making an active effort to make it seem like a comfortable environment so that we would be able to feel comfortable to speak our minds in the classes. About the course specifically, I liked how we were given a list of vocabulary that would show up on the SAT because for the reading and writing modules, it was really helpful to help me understand the overall message of a passage better. Also, I feel like the hard math quizes were extremely beneficial and that is what probably allowed me to have such a great improvement on the math module of the SAT. For every practice test and quiz we would take, we would have access to the answers and explanations to all of it too which I found to be extremely beneficial for me to understand the reasoning behind a correct answer. The checklists that are provided on the dashboard are also helpful at least for me because I felt like I was going to be more more prepared and it allowed me to reduce test anxiety prior to taking the practice tests as well as during. I am expecting this to happen even during the day of the actual test because of how reassuring it is to have a checklist to make sure I am ready for the test.”

“This course was incredibly helpful in teaching me SAT skills as well as increasing my score 200+ points in my practice tests. I found my instructor Taylor very helpful and relatable, she always responded to emails and was easy to understand throughout the course. The only thing I would have prefered is having more hard math topics taught/reviewed, because personally that is my biggest struggle and I found that was what we spent the least time on. Overall good course, but it is hard to recommend due to the price.”

“My teachers were Mr. Miguel and Nirmal. I liked his tips and how he emphasized that we shouldn't assume in the reading section. I would say I improved so much in reading with those little tips. I value his comprise to our class and how he never gets tired of asking our questions. Even though he has already answered that question 100 times he will answer it again and with a good attitude. It is nice to see him as an example and how he shared with us that his initial score was a low one and his final score was a GREAT one. I want to be like that and I do see myself improving. Another thing that I also liked was his tips on mental health and the pressure that the test might cause. I always felt like it was a safe space with Mr. Miguel and believe me, I was never afraid of asking something. Even though I haven't taken my test yet I do feel like I am improving. For some practice tests I have taken my score has improved to 1410 and 1420. I know I am proud of myself for achieving this but I wouldn't have achieved this without Mr. Miguel. Thank you Mr. Miguel and thank you Prep Expert.”
