“At first, my parents signing me up for Prep Expert seemed like just another chore I was obligated to do to get into college. Although in many student's eyes it seems this way, Dr. Kevin Parrish quiet literally transformed the way my conciousness views the SAT. At the start of the course, I was averaging 1210's on both my PSAT's and I ran into difficulties with breaking through the barrier and understanding the language of most of the questions provided. Dr. Kevin Parrish not only was so thorough at explaining said concepts to me and my peers but he also kept said material entertaining. I can't recall one time during any webinar where I genuinely found myself getting sidetracked because of the way Mr. Parrish explained all of these concepts. My notebook is filled with problem types and explanations that I can also apply to the real world. With all of that being said, Dr. Kevin Parrish also did his job so seamlessly that I saw a 210 point increase on the last test I took. Not only has my confidence in my test taking skills improved because of this course, but my well rounded intelligence as a whole has improved thanks to Dr. Kevin Parrish. On the last webinar, I was telling my parents I might just take another SAT class with Dr. Kevin just to keep being engaged with him and his teaching skills. You can really deviate when a person is passionate about what they do, and Kevin is a transparent example of that. It is honestly refreshing to see someone so engaged with the success of their students, even if he hasn't created an interpersonal connection with any of us. In conclusion, this course and my teacher have changed my entire trajectory on the SAT. Coming from a high-school sophomore who usually can't even get out of her bed for school, I felt both engaged and motivated throughout my 6 week course and I HIGHLY recommend this website and ESPECIALLY Dr. Kevin Parrish for ideal SAT prep.”

“Kevin Parrish is one the greatest teachers I have ever had. His level of knowledge and charisma as a teacher is unmatched and he answers every question with a very understandable approach. He doesn’t just read off of slides when he teaches, instead he actually writes out every explanation clearly and in depth and explains it with a level of understanding I have never seen before. An absolutely phenomenal character and teacher! I Highly recommend!”

“My experience with Prep Expert was phenomenal. My instructor, Kevin Parish, was such a great teacher and really cared about helping us understand everything. He always took the time to answer our questions and explain things in a way that actually made sense, no matter how small the confusion was. “Kevin Parrish was my instructor, he’s so awesome. He’s lively and incredibly smart. He designed majority of the practice SAT tests, and gave us all access to hundreds of practice questions. He’s very patient and encouraging, and answers all questions no matter how stupid they may be. He’s also very entertaining so you don’t fall asleep easily, like I tend to do. “Prep Expert was an absolutely incredible experience. I started the course with a 1230 SAT score and was scoring in the mid-1500s by my final practice test. Every single one of the strategies were clear, practical, and completely changed the way I approached the exam. My instructor, Mr. Chavaria, explained every question we asked in a calm and easy-to-understand way and always made sure students truly understood the material. “When my mom signed me up for this program, I was reluctant to pay attention. When I heard my instructor, Taylor Trautwein, mention the BOSS strategy, it amazed me. I had never heard of such a simple, yet effective method. The past 6 weeks, I have learned strategies I never would have thought of. Before this course, my plan for the SAT was to lightly study and improve my score based on what I need to work on. Now, with the resources provided, I can create a study plan to work diligently and get close to the score I am aiming for. I like that this course is engaging instead of listening to someone talk for 3 hours. Answering questions after learning a strategy helped me apply what I learned, and understand what I need to fix. I also liked that it helped me set personal goals that are easily achievable. This course has changed my mindset about taking the SAT as well as any future exams.”

“Prep Expert was extremely helpful and well structured. My instructor, Taylor Trautwein, explained strategies clearly and made even the hardest concepts feel manageable. “My instructors were Alex Yang and Taylor Trautwein. This course has ultimately been wonderful. They kept me very engaged throughout the 12 classes. Taylor is one of the kindest instructors I have ever known. I really appreciated that she put her own personal stories into the lessons. She helped me get a glimpse into how she improved. Taylor and Alex also helped the students as much as they could. They answered any questions in depth and adjusted their teaching pace to our liking. They are incredibly funny; there were barely any times that I got bored. Prep Expert’s strategies really opened my mind on things I didn’t know before. They were incredibly helpful, as I saw improvement during the practice tests. Alex and Taylor gave breaks as needed, and always asked if the students if they need any clarification on any of the strategies/questions. Overall, Prep Expert is a great way to boost your SAT score. “My instructor, Taylor Trautwein, was outstanding throughout the course and made the entire SAT preparation experience both effective and motivating. The live classes were engaging, clear, and well-structured, but what truly set this course apart was the huge amount of high-quality content available for independent study. “I had a very unique and informational experience with Prep Expert! My instructor, Taylor Trautwein, was extremely clear in the agenda, organized in every aspect, always willing to answer questions, which made the strategies easier to understand and apply. But something I enjoyed, was that she would constantly check in on us, making everyone feel comfortable by reiterating points, and being funny and relatable to keep us engaged. Over the course of the program, I improved my SAT score by appox. 200 points, which completely exceeded my expectations. “My instructors name was Taylor Trautwein, with her help my score has so far gone from a 1020 to 1180 on practice tests. I have continued to improve my score over the past few weeks and am getting closer to my goal. After taking the course I feel more confident while taking the test and am more prepared for it. “My instructor was Taylor trautwein. I have been taught by other tutors, but Ms. Taylors teaching style was amazing. The best part about it was that she adjusted and aided to whoever was asking the questions, and its almost like she observed who asked what and understood how to approach a question so that it will 100 percent make sense. She was incredibly patient, and always had so much enthusiasm about teaching the course, no matter if it was 10 minutes in or 2 hours into the class. My score on practice tests has definetly improved, and so has the way I approach SAT questions. I wasnt really strong on SAT math when I first joined the class, but she made eventhe most complex topics look doable and always taught about the mindset and strategies that should be used when looking at problems that seem difficult. She is a great tutor and I would really recommend this course and the instructor I had to anyone who is thinking of signing up!”
