“I previously attended an in person prep course, so I wasn’t sure how an online course would compare. Prep Expert completely exceeded my expectations. Even though it was online, it did not hinder my learning at all. I learned many valuable test taking strategies that I would not have found in any other course. These strategies were also helpful in studying for AP classes at school. Miguel Chavira, my instructor, was amazing. He explained concepts in a clear and beginner friendly way. He made even the toughest material feel manageable. The structured program provided over 1,000 practice questions. The deadlines and weekly homework made it easy to stay on track and motivated. Thanks to this course, I feel much more confident going into the test.”

“I loved the weekend review class with Ethan Moy and our TA Alex!!!! I was initially hesitant to attend such a long class over the weekend but they made it so enjoyable and productive that I didn't even realize the duration of the class. The strategies were incredibly helpful and the constant polling questions made the class interactive and kept me engaged. The class was very friendly and it was easy to ask for help and clarifications, which was something that I liked about the course a lot. After the class my score went up 200 points through the strategies and tricks that Prepexpert provided!!!!”

“Throughout the past week of reviewing for the December SAT, the SAT Weekend Review course helped me significantly improve the gaps within my knowledge on the questions and improved my score on practice tests by 50 points! “My instructor's name is Miguel Chivera. I understood the material and the strategies in the course due to his teaching and the easy-to-read format of the slides for every lesson. The atmosphere was amazing and even though I made many mistakes or joined in late sometimes, it was never taken harshly and always forgiven, which is an amazing virtue to have. All of the assignments helped in some aspect of improvement, whether it was giving oneself motivation, or just insight as to what needs to be improved on or what is done well. I can happily say that at the beginning of the course I was not all too excited about taking the SAT, but as the course has gone on, it has given me incredible motivation, strategies, and just genuine excitement to take this test. My confidence levels have gone up, and I cannot wait to do my hardest on the test, celebrating if I get a good grade or reflect and try again if I do not get a grade that is satisfactory! To conclude, I believe that this course is very effective with improvement and course-understanding, despite the heavy workload it carries with it. I hope that whoever takes this course, or doesn't, does well on the SAT and in life in general! Remember, with every difficulty, there is ease.”

“Kevin is definitely the one to sign up with. I haven’t yet taken the December SAT but I am confident that my score will increase significantly due to all of Kevin’s help. He is so dedicated and you can tell how much time he puts into this tutoring. Even compared to a substitute teacher (and some of the other trainers), Kevin’s dedication really shows through everything that he does. He gives tons of practice outside of class, knows every single question that we review and strategically chooses the best questions for teaching, learning, and practicing. He also is very heavy on mistake-based learning, which is the best way to improve your SAT score, since you won’t make the same mistakes repeatedly. He is incredible and deserves recognition. I can’t stress enough how much I recommend him as an SAT tutor.”

“This course has been one of the most valuable SAT prep experiences I’ve had. Kevin, my instructor not only communicated the information clearly, he felt very relatable. I am an avid anime watcher and many times, he would explain topics through the lens of various shows. He also posted polls for almost every single three star sat question we talked about. He would explain every answer choice analyzing why it was wrong and what would have made it correct. By week four, I had seen a 150 point improvement and I am incredibly grateful to him for all his help. I’ll miss his class, great way to spend the weekend!”

“My experience with Prep Expert has been beyond amazing. My instructor Taylor Trautwein helped explain both math and ELA in such an intellectual way. It challenged the mind to work and understand how to truly get the correct answer. She also helped with learning strategies and how to focus on studying without distractions which was very helpful for me. I have struggled with studying habits for a long time and after taking this course the way i study has completely changed thanks to her help. My score on my last psat wasn’t at the ideal range i wanted it to be. After having Taylor as an instructor my academic abilities have sky rocketed and proven that i can do much better than what i had thought i could achieve. I now grasp concepts and materials much faster not just during the course but in my everyday school life as well. I am more focused and truly understand topics to there full depth. My favorite part of this course was being able to gain confidence. I am normally a person who second guesses answers but learning more about this unique techniques helped me justify my answers and prove that they are correct. I really truly enjoyed this course very much and hope to take another one very soon!”
